The cost to rent the pavilion and host a private party is $200, regardless of the number of guests.  The guest attendance, which is included in the rental fee, will not exceed 40 children and adults. 

Rental requests are considered on a first come first serve basis.  The member host agrees to the private event rules, and to adhere to all pool rules and regulations. At party completion, the member host must request a security walk through with the manager on duty to make sure the pavilion is in the same condition it was in before the party began.  If the pavilion is left untidy or any damage has occurred, there may be additional fee assessed by the Board of Directors.

By reserving the pavilion, the member acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to follow the rental rules and guidelines.

Bathrooms may not be available before May 1st or after Labor Day. All club sponsored activities scheduled in the pavilion take priority and no private parties will be allowed 3 hours prior to or after the club event.

Please be aware that the pavilion is available to rent even when the pool is closed. If you want to use the pool during your reservation, please double check the pool hours. Don’t forget that the pool has limited hours while Fairfax County Public Schools is in session and the swim team practices in 4 lanes of the pool from 4 – 6:45pm during this time (2 lanes are available for free swim but the diving board is unavailable).
