Fees for New Members (Updated for 2024)
(Equity is a one-time fee that is refunded when membership is resigned, equity is surrendered and resold)

While we are usually able to offer 30-40 new memberships each year, we also have options for families on our waiting list:
Full Summer Rental Summer rentals are available for families on our waiting list. The fee for a summer rental is $1,025.
Summer rentals have full use of the Langley facilities for the summer season from pool open (Memorial Day weekend) through pool closing (Labor Day), are eligible to participate in the tennis & swim teams and are welcome to attend all social events. Families renting a membership may also bring guests.
August Rental August rentals are also available for families on our waiting list. The fee for an August rental is $300.
This option provides the opportunity to experience Langley for a shorter duration and lower cost. August rentals are permitted to use all Langley facilities from August 1 through pool closing (Labor Day).
