Yes! The pavilion is available to rent and it comes with 40 guest passes to use on the day of your event. You can learn more and book online.
Are there employment opportunities for teens?
There are a couple of options based on the age of your teen. Langley directly employees teens (14 and above) on the Operations Team. They work scheduled shifts doing things like leaf blowing, trash cleanup and other odd jobs around the pool. For more information, send an email to Operations@langleyclub.org. The other option is to work as a lifeguard under Crystal Aquatics, the contractor that manages our pool. Find out more information, check out our page on Pool Management.
Do I have to reapply for membership each year? What if I rent a membership?
You do not need to reapply for membership each year. You automatically stay on the waiting list, no matter if you rent a membership or pass on the rental offer. You are under no obligation to accept a rental offer or even an offer for full membership. If you pass on an offer for full membership, you may reapply for membership in the future but you are not allowed to rent a membership in the year you passed on the membership offer. You can ask to be removed from the waiting list at any time. For more questions on membership, please email clubadministrator@langleycub.org.
