The cost to rent the pavilion and host a private party is $200, regardless of the number of guests. The guest attendance will not exceed 40 children and adults. Guest passes will automatically be added to member’s account. Note: unused guest passes do not carry forward and will be removed from member’s account following their event.
Rental requests are considered on a first come first serve basis. The member host agrees to the private event rules, and to adhere to all pool rules and regulations. At party completion, the member host must request a security walk through with the manager on duty to make sure the pavilion is in the same condition it was in before the party began. If the pavilion is left untidy or any damage has occurred, there may be additional fee assessed by the Board of Directors.
By reserving the pavilion, the member acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to follow the rental rules and guidelines.
Pool and bathrooms are not available before the club is officially opened for the season or after the club has been closed. All club sponsored activities scheduled in the pavilion take priority and no private parties will be allowed 3 hours prior to or after the club event.
